Deflecto Reusable Cool and Heat Sleeve for Thighs provides both cold therapy to reduce swelling and inflammation, and heat therapy to relax muscles and improve circulation. Helping to relieve muscle strains, sprains, stiffness and joint discomfort - the sleeve is also ideal for hamstring, quad and upper leg injuries. Suitable for sports recovery rehabilitation and chronic pain management, the extra wide sleeve offers full upper leg coverage for effective, consistent therapy. The material is soft and stretchable, comfortable to wear whilst resting or recovering. Cold therapy minimises post-exercise soreness and injury-related swelling, as well as supporting faster recovery after physical activity. To use, let the pad cool completely after heating. Placing a hot pad directly into the freezer can damage the material and reduce product life. To prevent moisture buildup or freezer burn, place in a ziplock or freezer-safe bag. Freeze or refrigerate for at least two hours, or overnight for best results.
